Aluminum heat treatment ovens are produced for the purpose of hardening aluminum profiles, in another sense, it is the aging process. The aluminum heat treatment oven aims to harden the pore structures of aluminum profiles between 180-200 °C for specified periods (6-8 hours).
The Aluminum Heat Treatment Oven, which is now used in industrial systems, is programmed with PLC control units, and with its guillotine door, the safety of the system is kept at a higher level.
The system settings can be adjusted to the desired temperature and operating time with the electrical panel system. There is a safety thermostat against heat overload in case of a malfunction.
