Dip washing lines are a system used in situations where production capacities are not that high and where facility space is limited compared to spray lines. Paint layers are less affected by corrosion in a well-surfaced material even if they get exposed to any external factors.

The coating is 0.2 - 2.0 g/m² and is applied by dipping or spraying. The coating thickness varies depending on time, temperature, and PH value. If work is done outside the required parameters, there will be a change in quality and coating thickness. Contrary to what is known, a higher coating thickness is not beneficial for increasing the quality.
