The purpose of the Spray Washing Lines is to carry out successful painting processes and to ensure good adhesion by cleaning the materials to be painted from all kinds of external factors. This process ensures that the painted materials are resistant to oxidation against ambient conditions.
Based on the dimensions, properties and capacities of the materials to be painted, spraying or dipping type systems are applied, and an average of 250/hour acid-salt test is provided on iron phosphate surfaces and 500/hour on zinc phosphate surfaces.
