Top Pallet Cooking Ovens are semi-automatic structures. It is preferred in systems where the materials to be painted are much heavier and in systems with a high number of parts. The advantage of this system is that after the painted product is hung on the conveyor, it is ensured that the product proceeds on the line untouched by the control system on the conveyor and the oven until the product cools completely.

This system works in the form of 3 stations.
While the product coming out of the oven cools in the first station, the painted product is cured in the oven at the second station. At the third station, the product painted in the booth and hung on the conveyor. In this structure, the dyeing and drying process is much more rapid compared to the roller ovens, and time loss is minimized.
